successfully tests against latest MISO qualification test
package

the security and the XML data exchange tests based on the
MidWest Independent System Operator's (MISO) latest
qualification testing package that was published on
October 8, 2003. SoftSmiths delivers

data with the MISO Market prior to market trials in November
of this year. The market trials will be done under simulated
market conditions in a manner that is consistent with the
MISO market protocols.
