SoftSmiths Selected to Provide IT Consulting Services to Energy East Solutions

Houston, TX. – July 29, 2003 – Today, SoftSmiths announced that its Implementation and Consulting Services Group has been awarded an agreement to provide Information Technology Consulting services to Energy East Solutions, a premier supplier of electricity and natural gas, both in wholesale and retail markets, serving the Northeast, Ohio, and mid-Atlantic regions. SoftSmiths delivers critical e-Business solutions and services that enable energy industry participants to enhance profitability and reliability in the competitive marketplace.

SoftSmiths will provide Information Technology Consulting services to Energy East's Houston facility, including local network administration, hardware and software deployment and configuration, user support for software applications, and Information Technology asset monitoring.
