Inc. announced that Allegheny Power Services’ transmission business
division licensed SoftSmiths' Electric Transaction
Management System (ETMS). ETMS will help streamline
Allegheny Power Services’ transaction management
operations.
ETMS is a comprehensive electricity transaction management
system designed to facilitate the growing wholesale
and evolving retail market for electricity by providing
a reliable and automated method to manage large numbers
of transaction.
